A flying-island life sim that mashes up monster taming, farming, and crafting — and somehow makes the grind feel gentle.
Moonstone Island drops you on a floating island with a sketchbook, a glider, and a vague sense that something is wrong with the world below. From there it opens into the kind of game that resists a one-line pitch: part Pokémon-style taming, part Stardew-style farming and crafting, part alchemy sim, stitched together with an art style that makes every screen feel like a postcard.
What kept me playing past the first island wasn't any single system — it's how loosely they're coupled. You can chase the story, or just wander, tame spirits, brew potions, and decorate a campsite, and the game is perfectly happy to let you.
